Lisa Lampanelli's weight loss totals are no chump change. The comedienne everyone loves to hate is looking slim and trim these days, after losing a whopping 80 pounds!

Lisa Lampanelli

Lisa Lampanelli's weight loss surgery has turned out to be a smashing success. After undergoing gastric sleeve surgery earlier this year, the insult comic has dropped more than 80 pounds!

More weight loss tips from SheKnows >>

"It drops off, dude," Lisa Lampanelli said of the weight while speaking to Howard Stern on his radio show Tuesday. "It's so much fun. By the time I get my clothes dry cleaned, I've got to throw them away."

"I feel so much healthier," the once-248-pound comic, known by many for her stint on Celebrity Apprentice, went on to tell In Touch Weekly.

"Crazy diets, good diets — you can't name a diet I didn't do. Finally, I said, 'I've tried it all, and there's no shame in taking the next step.' The doctor who ultimately did my procedure explained that obesity risks are much greater than the risks for this surgery."

The 51-year-old, known for her highly controversial comedic style, now says she is a svelte size 12.

Lisa Lampanelli continued, "I was such an overeater. Now, I get full quickly — at three, four bites, I have to stop."

Though she's struggling to eat much now, the Queen of Mean's gastric sleeve will eventually stretch out some. However, the comic insisted she isn't worried that old habits will take over again, saying, "I'm keeping a close watch. I don't want to gain again."

"The size I am right now, this is the size I always was meant to be," said Lisa Lampanelli, pictured here in May, just partway through her weight loss journey.

Eye roll: Lady Gaga is now "too fat"

Lady Gaga can't win: First she was too skinny, now she's too big. Will it ever end?

Lady Gaga gained a little weight

Oh, come on: Apparently Lady Gaga is getting too "fat," according to RadarOnline. The singer — currently on her Born This Way tour in Europe — has put on a few pounds and now a professional is "weighing" in on her lbs.

Lady Gaga's hair goes "Louis Vuitton brown" >>

"Gaga appears to have gained at least 30 pounds," nutritionist Majid Ali told RadarOnline. The nutritionist went on to hypothesize that her weight gain is a result of her drinking.

"Alcohol sugars can only be stored as fats. Whereas most sugars can be used as fuel and whatever is left over is stored," he said. "So all that drinking adds up as fat pretty quickly, no matter what the rest of her diet is like."

Lady Gaga gets tattoo in front of fans, in giant perfume bottle >>

Gaga has made no secret of her love for booze — she even subscribes to the "drunk diet" developed by her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Luc Carl.

"I like to drink whiskey and stuff while I am working," she told the Morning Mashup on SiriusXM Hits One. What musician doesn't? It's pretty much part of the job description.

Lady Gaga shaves her head for Terry Richardson >>

We happen to think the weight gain looks good on her 5-foot, 1-inch frame. At least we know she's eating — we weren’t sure earlier this year when she showed off a rail-thin body. Even pal Elton John was worried.

"I talk to her mum and dad about it," he told U.K.'s Guardian newspaper. "They worry."

"She is frail," John added. "And she doesn't eat when she should do, and she's a girl, and it's tougher for a girl."

Lady Gaga: I don't eat >>

Even Gaga is acutely aware of the challenges of being a woman in the spotlight.

"Just killed back to back spin classes," she tweeted in April. "Eating a salad dreaming of a cheeseburger #PopSingersDontEat #IWasBornThisWay."

The tweet attracted criticism, but we're glad she's seemed to rediscover her love of cheeseburgers over the summer.

Lady Gaga fat? Papa Germanotta is partly to blame

While headlines calling Lady Gaga "fat" feel totally unfair, the singer has gained a bit of weight in recent months. Thursday morning, Mother Monster talked weight gain numbers, as well as how she feels about having a fuller figure to flaunt.

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga fat? It's hard to imagine the body-baring songstress as anything but the svelte, costume-clad gal we've come to love, but apparently the rumors of a Gaga weight gain are totally true.

Rather than remain mum in the face of 'Lady Gaga fat' headlines, the singer chose to speak openly about how much weight she's gained, as well as the main culprit—and it's not whiskey, as has been widely reported!

The woman who was once a just young girl by the name of Stefani Germanotta spoke to New York's Elvis Duran and the Morning Show on Thursday, revealing "I love eating pasta and I'm a New York Italian girl. That's why I have been staying out of New York."

One specific restaurant in the city has caused more problems than any other, a place called Joanne Trattoria, which is owned by Joseph Germanotta—Lady Gaga's own dear dad.

"My father opened a restaurant," the 26-year-old said with pride. "It's so amazing... it's so freaking delicious, but I'm telling you I gain five pounds every time I go there. So my dad wants me to eat at the restaurant, and I'm like, 'I've got to go where I can drink green juice.'"

Madonna's latest Lady Gaga dig: Who's imitating whom? >>

So where does Lady Gaga go from here? To start with, she's refusing to take on any guilt.

"I'm dieting right now, because I gained, like, 25 pounds," the woman pictured above on Sept. 16 went on to say. "And you know I really don't feel bad about it, not even for a second.

"I have to be on such a strict diet constantly. It's hard because it's a quite vigorous show, so I tend to bulk up, get muscular, and I really don't like that. So I'm trying to find a new balance."

Can we get a round of applause for honesty and a grade A attitude in the face of the "Lady Gaga fat" criticism? You go, Gaga!

Lisa Lampanelli's weight loss: What she's eating now

Lisa Lampanelli's weight loss is a smashing success! After losing 80 pounds thanks to gastric sleeve surgery, the comedienne stopped by Dr. Oz's show to share what she's eating now, and why there's still a little hate in her heart.

Lisa Lampanelli

Lisa Lampanelli's weight loss is the talk of the town, including a recent episode of The Dr. Oz Show. The comedienne revealed both what led her to choosing gastric sleeve surgery, and what's on her plate when she's out with friends these days.

In a Dr. Oz episode that aired Oct. 3, Lisa Lampanelli admitted, "I was such an overeater."

The problem became so great that the 51-year-old came to see her eating issues as an addiction, one that couldn't be solved with a typical diet plan.

"I tried every single thing imaginable — diet, exercise. I even bought a house on the health spa property and I still gained weight," Lampanelli told Dr. Oz.

"For 32 years, from 18 to 50, I tried everything on the planet, and once I had a clean slate with that I said, 'You know what? Nothing’s working for me. I’m going to treat this like the addiction that it is. I’m going to get this surgery and use it as a tool.' That’s all it is, a tool to help me get over it."

More celebrity weight loss news from SheKnows >>

These days, just a few bites of any given food is about all Lisa Lampanelli can stomach.

"Now I get full quickly — at three, four bites, I have to stop," she shared of what's changed since undergoing the gastric sleeve surgery that removed 85 percent of her stomach. "I order food like a normal human being. If I’m out to lunch, I’m going to order three courses like everybody else. I'm not going to feel like some kind of freak. So I always order soup, dessert and a sandwich or whatever main course. But then the idea is you have to eat such a small portion of it and bring the rest home."

Noting that she's only consuming a few bites of each dish, Dr. Oz dared to comment Lampanelli's meals now look like something even he'd call a snack.

"You’re a skinny guy," the Queen of Mean shot back. "What can I tell you? You’re the people we hate."

Matthew McConaughey looks way too skinny

Matthew McConaughey doesn't exactly look like the buff dude we drooled over in Magic Mike. Come back, Matthew, come back!

Matthew McConaughey is so thin

Matthew McConaughey has built a career on being shirtless and buff in films ranging from Fool's Gold to Magic Mike. These days, those muscles are long gone. Yep, the father of almost three is trying his hand at being a serious actor by losing 30 pounds to play an HIV-positive man in The Dallas Buyer's Club.

McConaughey plays Ron Woodroof in the film based on the true story of an electrician who goes underground in 1986 to find drugs to prolong his life. Woodroof is on the verge of death, so it's only appropriate that McConaughey looks the same to portray him.

P&G and Matthew McConaughey "School the Nation" >>

"I should not look healthy by the time I’m doing this," he told Larry King back in July, adding that he was 15 pounds into the weight loss. He's not looking at it as deprivation, though.

"It’s a bit of a spiritual cleanse, mental cleanse," he added. "It takes a while for your body to understand that it has to feed off of itself and that you’re not going to give it something else from the outside," he adds.

As for how wife Camila Alves feels about it? She's very supportive — and eating for both of them since she's pregnant with their third child.

New Matthew McConaughey film gets NC-17 rating >>

"He’s losing weight for his new movie and he still has to lose more," she told People in July. "But I’m very supportive. I’m usually the one right there saying, 'You can’t eat this, you can’t eat that,' but he’s very disciplined. He’s really great at it."

Yikes. We're always concerned when actors go crazy for roles. Christian Bale is known for slimming down and bulking up for his various jobs, though even he admits it's not healthy. His secret to dropping weight? Cocaine.

Man Candy Mondays: Matthew McConaughey >>

"Oh I do a lot of coke whenever I lose weight," Bale told the Latino Review in 2010 of dropping weight for his role in The Fighter.

He was joking, thankfully. Let's just hope McConaughey can regain his body mass like Bale always does.

Sarah Palin may have once been a big contender in the political realm, but she's never held much meat on her frame. Still, some have noticed she's looking thinner than ever, as is daughter Bristol. What do those Palins know that the rest of us don't?

Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin's weight loss secrets can soon be yours. The former vice presidential candidate has promised the public that not only is she in good health despite gossip that she's looking too thin, but that the Palin way of life can work wonders for everyone.

Although recent pictures of a skinny Sarah Palin have caused some to fear the 48-year-old may be suffering from health issues, she says she not only fine — but fit — and enjoying the same "comfort foods" she always has.

Bristol Palin says her mom is too busy for DWTS >>

In an email to People sent Tuesday, Sarah Palin explained, "Our family is writing a book on fitness and self-discipline, focusing on where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved, homemade comfort foods!"

The woman known to serve moose chili, chocolate cream pies, pecan pies and lemon meringue pies to visitors at her and Todd Palin's Alaska homestead added that her work will be a "unique and motivating book."

Bristol Palin hopes to "not gain weight" during DWTS >>

So what could be the Palin family's secret to slimming down?

Bristol Palin commented previously on her own recent weight loss, attributing her success mostly to parenthood.

Pink shows off her 55-pound weight loss

Pink has dropped a whopping 55 pounds since giving birth — and now the singer is showing off her smokin' hot bod on the cover of Shape!

Pink

Pink may have gained 55 pounds during her pregnancy, but 15 months after her adorable daughter Willow was born she has lost it all — and then some.

The singer is showing off her rockin' body on the cover of Shape, and while those newly sculpted abs look like they've never tasted the pleasures of cheesecake, nothing could be further from the truth.

"I ate a lot of cheesecake during my pregnancy," Pink said. "Also anything sour — Sour Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, key lime pie..."

While she opted to "be kind" to her body in the first few months after giving birth and not jump right into a crazy diet and exercise program, she did eventually start working out with Jillian Michaels and Jeannette Jenkins. Now, she says, she's in the best shape of her life.

"They both kicked my butt more than any other person I've ever worked out with," she said.

How did she do it? Another one of her trainers, Gregory Joujon-Roche, told Shape that when he worked with her, "Our training was a ton of cleansing, cardio, martial arts, lengthening, toning, stripping, and sweating. Everything was fun, loose, and high energy! We focused on a lot of free-motion body awareness."

Pink: Overdose survivor, proud "F*** you" fund owner >>

"We'd aim for 90 minutes, five days a week. Wherever we were, we were in an environment of 75 percent heart rate, 'steady Eddie' as we like to call it. Her heart rate would be between 155 and 165 for the entire session. The only time that rate would go down was during a rest, which would be stretching. It's not grueling, but it's definitely tough to sustain that heart rate for the entire 90 minutes."

A great attitude towards your workout helps, too. Joujon-Roche revealed that Pink "always took that time to be with you and is always fully present. She really honors her workout time. She's just a great human being, which is rare in the rock and roll world. She was always willing to try anything, always optimistic and up for a challenge."

Could Lady Gaga be any more wrong about Adele's weight?

Lady Gaga may be a fan of Adele's music, but Ms. Germanotta has her wires crossed when it comes to weight! Claiming the new mom hasn't had much criticism about her physique, the "Born This Way" singer says the scrutiny on herself just isn't fair.

Lady Gaga and Adele

Lady Gaga somehow doesn't know that both her weight and Adele's weight have been headline news in the press. The costumed singer, who recently set about starting a body image revolution after being labeled "fat" in the tabloids, seems to believe she's the only one being picked on.

Addressing the way her weight gain played out in the press and in her personal life, 26-year-old Lady Gaga recently told Stylist.co.uk, "I was acutely aware of some photos on the Internet — my mom called me and was like, 'Did you gain weight?' — everybody was telling me about it, and I didn't really care."

"I thought, well I don't really care if they think I'm fat, because, quite honestly, I did gain about 30 pounds."

Lady Gaga fat? Papa Germanotta partly to blame >>

"Adele is bigger than me — how come nobody says anything about it?"Lady Gaga went on to ponder before dishing out a string of compliments about 24-year-old Adele.

"She's so wonderful, and I think her confidence is something I have to match," Gaga gushed of the songstress, who became a mom in October. "She has set the bar very high for a lot of women. I need to be a confident woman and just say politically active things when I can that are helpful to young people."

Adele doesn't think artists should be using sex to sell records>>

Not only did designer Karl Lagerfeld publicly call Adele"a little too fat" earlier this year, but news of her son's birth was met with a string of fat jokes and outright hate.

Twitter trolls inexplicably sent out messages speculating Adele's baby is "fat and handicapped," with one going so far as to say, "Just murder it already."

Always quick with a jab, Fashion Police host Joan Rivers tweeted, "Congratulations to Adele on the birth of her 68 pound 8 ounces bouncing baby boy."

Apparently unaware of the drama her fellow songstress has gone through as well, Lady Gaga closed the weight discussion by suggesting, "We should all make an effort to be nice to one another all the time."

Hear, hear!

Do you think Adele or Lady Gaga has received the worst of the weight scrutiny?

Stars who are willing to "look near death" for the perfect role

Most stars would do anything for the roles they are in. McConaughey and Hathaway are just two recent actors who sacrificed almost everything to create their characters.

Matthew Mcconaughey

Some actors will do anything for their art, and it looks like Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway are two of them. Both actors recently lost significant amounts of weight to portray specific characters in movies.

McConaughey is currently filming The Dallas Buyers Club, in which he plays an AIDS patient given six months to live. The actor reportedly lost 30 pounds for the role.

"His character is loosely based on the life of Ron Woodruff, who, after being diagnosed with the disease in 1986 and striking out with the one drug then FDA-approved to treat it, wound up smuggling alternative drugs into the U.S. for himself and eventually others," said the LA Times.

The film also stars Jennifer Garner and Jared Leto. It is expected to hit theaters in 2013.

Anne Hathaway is another actress to make the sacrifice for a role. She lost 25 pounds to play the role of Fantine in the upcoming film version of Les Miserables. The actress opened up to Vogue magazine about the weight loss.

"I had to be obsessive about it — the idea was to look near death," Hathaway told Vogue, according to the Business Insider. "Looking back on the whole experience — and I don't judge it in any way — it was definitely a little nuts. It was definitely a break with reality, but I think that's who Fantine is anyway."

Hathaway revealed that she lost the first 10 pounds through a "cleanse" and then lost another 15 pounds during a break in filming by eating "two thin squares of dried oatmeal paste per day," said the Business Insider.

Needless to say, she didn’t keep to the diet after filming wrapped.

"It took me weeks till I felt like myself again," she told Vogue.

Hathaway turns 30 today. You can see the slimmed-down version of the actress when Les Miserables hits theaters nationwide on Christmas Day.

Jessica Simpson shows off her figure

Jessica Simpson proves that it isn't easy to lose the baby weight, but she's doing so safely with the help of Weight Watchers.

JessicaSimpsonWeightLossJessica Simpson is ready to show the world how hard she's been working in the last few months, not only with her clothing line, but on her post-baby body. The fashion designer showed off a 60-pound weight loss this weekend in Tampa Bay, Florida to promote the Jessica Simpson Fashion Line.

The Fashion Star judge showed up on the red carpet wearing a comfortable pair of ripped jeans, print top, and a bright pink jacket on the red carpet. Simpson has waged a very public Weight Watchers campaign to help lose the baby weight she gained with her daughter, Maxwell Drew.

It is rumored that the weight loss company is paying the fashion designer $4 million to take the weight off. Her first commercial only showed her face after she struggled to take the initial pounds off.

In Hollywood, where many stars magically appear to drop weight instantly, Simpson admitted to USA Today, “My body is not bouncing back like a supermodel. I'm just your everyday woman who is trying to feel good and be healthy for her daughter, her fiance and herself."

Earlier in the week, she talked about shooting her latest Weight Watchers commercial which should debut during the holiday season.

Simpson tweeted, "That's a wrap on the @weightwatchers commercial!" and then displayed a photo of herself looking fit in black leggings, a short black peplum dress, and her signature high heels.

Simpson is engaged to former NFL player Eric Johnson. She is expected to return to the judges table when Fashion Star returns to NBC this winter.

Jared Leto's weight loss extremes are making headlines, right alongside reports concerning co-star Matthew McConaughey's eerily-thin new look. The famous men are dropping pounds all in the name of the Dallas Buyers Club.

Jared Leto

Photos of Jared Leto's weight loss are making fans do a double-take. Not only has the actor shed pounds for his role in the Dallas Buyers Club, he's shaved his eyebrows!

Much like co-star Matthew McConaughey, Jared Leto is on an extreme diet to become emaciated for the filming of the true-life tale of Ron Woodroof. The 40-year-old singer and actor has signed on to play a transsexual woman with AIDS.

Along with the eyebrows, Jared Leto has been waxing his legs to help get into character.

"Your body goes through weird stages," the 30 Seconds to Mars singer told Vulture of his weight-loss experience. "Sometimes it’s hard to hold on to water. But for me, it's not about the most weight I can lose, it's more to represent the character. I'm focused on what it means to be a transsexual woman."

For fans watching the transformation, however, it is very much about Jared Leto's weight loss! The actor, seen here on Nov. 26, hasn't revealed how much weight he's lost yet, but Matthew McConaughey is working on shedding a full 40 pounds from his normally svelte 183-pound frame.

Both men are doing their best to reassure fans who are unsettled by their scary-skinny new looks.

Matthew McConaughey told The Daily Beast, "Everything has shrunk quite a bit. ... I don't have the leverage I used to. I have body soreness. ... [But] I'm as healthy as can be. My blood pressure, everything's fine."

Jared Leto tweeted to fans Thursday, "Thanks for all the concern.. energy a bit low but I'm doing OK over here! XO."

"I think if you ask any pregnant mom, they're like 'I want my body back,' but it takes time," she told Us Weekly. "It takes nine months for your body to get that way and it's putting on that weight on purpose."

That's not to say she wasn't busy working on her fitness. Duff told SheKnows all about her workout routine in August.

Les Miserables star Anne Hathaway famously lost a bunch of weight to play Fantine in the upcoming adaption. Now, she can't stop thinking about her weight.

You'd think someone as successful — and gorgeous — as Anne Hathaway would be confident in every aspect of her life. Well, you'd be wrong.

Hathaway told Glamour in a new cover interview that she obsesses about her weight. "I still feel the stress over 'Am I thin enough? Am I too thin? Is my body the right shape?'" she admits of her insecurities. She told the magazine for the January issue.

The 30-year-old famously went on an extreme crash diet of two small squares of oatmeal paste a day to drop the 15 pounds necessary to play dying prostitute Fantine in the upcoming Les Miserables.

"There's an obsessive quality to it that I thought I would've grown out of by now. It's an ongoing source of shame for me," she added, saying that being in the spotlight is partly to blame.

"I just think about the ridicule you get if you have an off day," she says. "If people weren't watching, I'd be so much more eccentric. I know it makes me sound weak, but rather than make myself happy and wear the silly hat and say, 'Oh, I don't care.'"

In a new interview with In Touch Weekly, Kelly Osbourne reveals life is full of surprises, and these days she's doing things she never would have imagined when she was heavier.

Describing the daily routine to keep the pounds away, Osbourne went on, "I do up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates — I mix it up."

Aside from one cheat day a week during which she can eat whatever she fancies, the 28-year-old sticks to a simple combination of foods.

"For breakfast, I will eat either cereal or a little omelet thingy made with egg whites, mushrooms and spinach," she shared. "Lunch is usually a salad or a turkey burger. And then for dinner, I’ll have brown rice with vegetables and some kind of meat."

Jennie Garth appears on this month's cover of Health magazine, presumably to show the world how healthy she is post-Peter Facinelli split. Instead, the star comes across as obsessive, and a little sad.

Jennie Garth at the Jingle Ball

Jennie Garth's weight loss secret? She refuses to sit down.

The star took 30 pounds off what looked to be an already trim figure in 2012, leading celebrity watchers to label her "skeletal skinny" and "freakishly thin."

An unrepentant Garth appears on the cover of Health magazine this month to explain how she keeps herself so skinny. She came off sounding slightly nuts.

"I've been working out really hard," she said in a behind the scenes video from the Health cover shoot, courtesy of Us Weekly. "I've been weight training with a trainer three days a week. We do boxing, kickboxing — lots of weight lifting and training and jumping all around like crazy people. I really never sit down! I think that's basically the secret — not sitting around."

Not sitting around? Or never sitting down like a normal person? Which one is it, Jennie?

Garth, 40, also explained that she weighs herself daily.

"I weigh myself every morning. If I don't, before you know it, I'll be up 10 pounds. It creeps. This morning, it was up 2 pounds. That's OK. But if it's up 6 pounds? I need to make adjustments," Garth said.

All right, that sounds relatively normal, a lot more normal than never sitting down. But Garth admitted to some strange diet plans. Chronic dieting while using a variety of diet plans is a standard warning sign of an eating disorder.

"My biggest regret is putting my body through fad diets: Atkins, cleanses, the hCG diet," Garth said. "I lost like 18 pounds, but it came right back. The worst was fasting with colonics for three or four days. It was the most horrifying experience ever!"

Obsessive weight control, particularly during times when life's circumstances seem out of one's control, is a fairly typical female way to express terrible pain. Are you in terrible pain, Jennie Garth? Yep.

"When I'm in excruciating pain, like with what I've been through with my breakup and that grief and loss that's just immobilizing, it helps to remember that it only lasts for 13 to 15 minutes, max," Garth told Health. "And then it's over. Your mind is ready to go to something else. You might come back to it, but it helps to just know that that pain is not going to last forever."

That's true, and certainly many have been on the "breakup diet." It's easy to lose weight when you're too miserable to have an appetite. But you might want to consider that "never sitting down" thing.

Paula Deen's diet: Will her plan work for you, too?

Paula Deen's diet plan is a hot commodity these days. After the TV chef dropped 36-pounds, many want to know if her new way of eating will work for them as well!

Paula Deen

Paula Deen's diet has been a smashing success. Shortly after going public with her controversial diabetes diagnosis, the television chef made moderation her now motto — and shed 36 pounds from her frame!

One year after losing the weight and successfully keeping all of it off, the 65-year-old says that it's not only what she eats that is important, but why she eats.

"Putting my fork down and having a conversation has been a huge help,"Paula Deen explained to Woman's Day.

Why does taking the time to talk help? She added, "Because it takes 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that you’re full.”

It's important to note that Paula Deen's diet success has been more about small lifestyle changes than following any particular diet plan.

"It's amazing how little changes will give you big results," she said, sharing that she now has a small sliver of cake and fried chicken monthly instead of weekly.

Rather than count calories, Paula Deen has taken to portion control through eyeballing her plate. The goal dinner, lets say, is a fistful each of meat and starch on your plate, while the other half of the plate is devoted to vegetables.

Another rule of thumb she's developed? Don't bother eating what you don't like.

"In my refrigerator, there's no light mayonnaise," Deen admitted. "I'd rather eat less of the real thing and have it taste really good than have diet stuff that tastes awful."

It's also important to note that the Food Network star has committed to regular exercise, though learning to love it was a bit of a struggle. She joked previously to People, "I heard that exercise is addictive. So far, it's not like cigarettes."

All in all, Paula Deen's diet sounds rather doable, don't you think?

Al Roker pooped his pants at the White House? You'd better believe it. The sad, unfortunate tale of how the weatherman ended up commando in front of the President aired Monday night on Dateline for all to hear.

Al Roker

Al Roker's pants-pooping confession stole the show when Dateline aired on Monday night. Yes, the beloved weatherman really did have an accident while visiting the White House!

For better or worse, Al Roker has decided to be completely honest about his experience with gastric bypass surgery. The 58-year-old, who underwent the procedure in 2002, went on to lose over 100 pounds, though learning to get along with his much-smaller stomach wasn't easy.

Is "vengeful" Al Roker out to destroy Today?>>

Recalling a trip to the White House just one month after his surgery, Al Roker told Dateline, "I probably went off and ate something I wasn't supposed to.

"And as I'm walking to the press room, [I'm thinking] 'well, I gotta pass a little gas here. I'm walking by myself. Who's gonna know?' Only a little something extra came out. I pooped my pants."

Attempting to cope with the very bad situation, Roker went on to say he went to the restroom, disposed of his underwear and "just went commando."

Moral of the story? Al Roker says the humiliating incident "told me I've got to be very vigilant as to what I eat."

It's a lesson the once 320-pound Today Show weatherman continues to adhere to, much to the delight of wife Deborah Roberts. Turning the awkwardness on the Dateline interview up an extra notch, the pair discussed their sex life.

In his book, the weatherman-turned-author revealed that after losing the weight he "no longer had to beg my wife for sex."

"I just wanted to feel more attracted to him," ABC news journalist Deborah Roberts told Dateline, admitting she found herself less interested in him the heavier he got.

Is skinny Al Roker better in bed? Fumbling over the direct question, he replied only, "'Better' is a relative term."

With a laugh and a squeeze of his arm, Deborah Roberts reassured, "You're always good, honey."

Paula Deen goes from Butter Queen to slimmed-down health maven in a year's time. She told People about some of her struggle.

Paula Deen talks Weight Loss

That's no real housewife or pop star on the cover of People magazine this week: That's Paula Deen and her two sons!

What a difference a diagnosis can make.

"When I first found out I was diabetic, I had no solutions. I couldn't even help myself, much less somebody else," the 66-year-old chef recently told People.

Paula Deen loses some serious weight

She's speaking, of course, of last year's revelation that she had Type 2 Diabetes. However, one year later, Deen invited People magazine into her home to talk about the diagnosis and the 12 months of work she put into refining her life's menu of fatty Southern food.

Deen's diagnosis caused a number of transformations. First, she had to completely transform the way she cooked and ate. While no one had to forgo partaking of their beloved Southern food, Deen told People that she found the key was "moderation, moderation, moderation." After she cut back on her food intake, the weight practically fell off. Not just for Deen, but for her entire family. The Food Network star told People she lost 40 pounds, while her two grown sons together lost a total of 78 pounds. Even her hubby, Michael Groover, saw an incredible 60-pound weight loss.

Now that she's transformed her life and forever changed her family's, Paula told People she's setting out to do the same thing for the rest of America.

"I love feeding people but now I also want to help people eat right," she said.

Deen's new cookbook The New Testament will release in the fall and include all her favorite recipes and tips for eating a healthier version of all her favorite go-to Southern fare.

The former child star is working hard to be a mom, and that includes losing her baby weight — the right way.

Hilary Duff Hilary Duff has grown up fast. The 25-year-old actress quickly went from Disney child star to brand-new mom, and she can now be considered a fashion icon.

Duff gave birth to her first son, Luca, on March 22, 2012, and went to work right away to lose the weight she gained.

"My one trainer helped me lose a s*** ton of weight," Duff told Us Weekly. "I lost like 30 pounds. His name is Gabe Johns and he is amazing. He's a boxing trainer and he comes to my house. I live in the canyon, so we just run. He runs my ass up and down the hill."

Duff said back in December she was thrilled to be back in her size 26 jeans and said her workout also consists of circuit training and boxing. She added that she had "a lot of fun and you get out a lot of s*** that way."

Duff appreciated the workouts, and she didn't want to lose the weight too fast. She told Parents magazine back in October that she feels some women in Hollywood try to lose the weight in unhealthy ways.

Lucky Hilary Duff says labor was easy>>

"There are some women who look the same right after — I think they are freaks of nature! I don't know how that happens," she said, according to the Huffington Post. "I'm not one of those people. It takes your body nine months to get there — really 10 months. So I'm trying to be patient but I'm working hard. And I think now more than ever, I appreciate my body and what it's done for me."

The actress is working hard at being a mom and staying in shape. Her son will turn 1 year old in a little over a month, and her weight-loss milestone should be celebrated that day too. She is looking good and doing it the right way!
